Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

If sufficient information is not provided, we may be unable to process your withdrawal request until the necessary information is received.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply, or is lost, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun, where:
- you have given your prior express consent to the immediate supply of the digital content; and
- you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Therefore, if you request immediate access to digital art products such as downloads, files, or licenses, and you provide the required consent and acknowledgment, you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been made available to you.
When Digital Content Is Considered Supplied
Digital content is considered supplied or made available once any of the following has occurred:
- a download link has been provided
- a digital file has been delivered by email or other electronic means
- access to the purchased content has been granted through a customer account, download page, email, or any other electronic delivery method
Once the digital content has been made available following your prior express consent and acknowledgment, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation under the statutory right of withdrawal.
