About "CUSTOM ANIME DESIGN SERVICE" policy

Refund policy

NullasArt offers CUSTOM ANIME DESIGN SERVICE, and all the services generally have two processes. First is "Sketch" process, and then the "Advanced" process which includes line art, coloring, and maybe cutting/rigging service.
In "Sketch" process, if you feel really bad and won't accept any revision, we will charge you 20USD, and refund the rest payment. If you accept 1/2/3 revisions and you're still not satisfied with the sketch and won't accept any revisions, we will charge you 40%/60%/80% of the price for the "Sketch" process.
 
If the "Sketch" process is OK, we usually move on to the "Advanced" process. The first step is line art. If line art has started at some stage and you don't want to go any further, we will charge you 40USD plus the price of "Sketch" process; if line art is finished and coloring has started, we will only refund you the part of cutting/rigging service.
 
If the sketch/line art/coloring work is ok, and we have gone through some stages of the cutting/rigging service, we will only refund you 10% of the total payment.

 

Shipping policy

The finished Services will ultimately be digital copies such as:psd,jpg,png,mp4,json,etc,and no physical items will be sent. Upon receipt of your order, the Services will be provided to you in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the Services you have purchased. The nature of the Services you have purchased and the date of your purchase may affect the timing of the performance of the Services. The Services will be deemed to have been successfully delivered to you upon the successful delivery of the digital copies to the email address provided by you.

 

Privacy policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
